It looks like we’ll be leaving 2020 on a good note. Ariana Grande announced yesterday that she is *officially* engaged to her quarantine beau, Dalton Gomez. After her latest album Positions, and her Netflix documentary teaser ‘Excuse Me, I Love You,’ we thought it couldn’t get any better. 

Just last night, Ariana posted a carousel of images on Instagram with her boyfriend Dalton and some close ups with a ring. Her caption was ‘forever n then some.’

The couple have been dating for less than a year, and made it official in Ariana’s ‘Stuck With U’ video. After a look at these snaps, it couldn’t be more obvious that Ari is now engaged, and we couldn’t be happier for the couple. 

According to an Us Weekly source, “Ariana sees something different in Dalton that she has never seen before in guys she has previously dated… Her exes acted as though she was demanding and had crazy standards,” the insider said. “He is the type of guy she has been looking for. He’s very protective of her, will go out of his way for her, and does little things that are chivalrous. Dalton will go above and beyond to meet her needs.”
