We’re just going to say it, Emma Stone is one lucky girl. Not only because she has a career that most women would die for but because she’s played alongside the dream boat that is Ryan Gosling on a number of occasions. The Oscar award-winning musical La La Land being one and the incredibly touching Crazy, Stupid, Love being another. Who could forget that dance scene?! NO ONE, that’s who.
And, it seems like their off-screen relationship is just as adorable as their one on-screen. No, really.
During a Q&A session at the Telluride Film Festival in Colorado, the 29-year-old, who was being honoured for her work, left the audience swooning with her kind words about the 37-year-old Canadian.
We’ll tell you what she said now but, be warned, you’re going to get a bit emotional.
Tissues ready? Good. Here’s what she had to say: “I can’t even imagine what my life would be without Ryan. He’s so special. It makes me emotional.” *Wipes tear* IS SOMEONE CHOPPING ONIONS?!
She added: “He’s so talented but he’s such a great person to work with because he’s so collaborative and excited about the process. He’s taught me a lot about being really generous.”
Cute right? Right.
We can’t wait for these two to join forces again. Maybe they’ll take on the role of lovers in space. Or, maybe they’ll star in another musical. Either way, we’ll be there, front and centre with a massive bowl of popcorn and a few tissues to away wipe our tears.
