PSA: You need to apply sunscreen in winter. We repeat: You need to apply sunscreen in winter!

With the weather finally cooling down, whenever it’s light outside (every day), you need to apply SPF. That includes when you’re indoors as well, as UV rays can penetrate through clouds and glass.

Now that you know, we’ve rounded up the best sunscreens on the market RN and why you should make it your sidekick. Never leave home without it! SPF must be reapplied every two hours, especially after swimming or sweating (the Dubai heat is real).

As a qualified skincare pharmacist writing this article, I assure you that due diligence has been done. All of them protect you against UVA and UVB rays and don’t forget to use two finger lengths of SPF for your face and neck (don’t skip the ears).
