The Armani Beauty masterclass was *to die for*. So, for you, we pulled out our notepads to write down every tiny detail of getting a glowy no-makeup makeup look.

Cosmotel’s Beauty masterclass with Armani Beauty

First thing’s first, you need to prep your skin. Every beauty guru knows to get that perfect flawless airbrushed look, your skin needs to be hydrated, moisturized and clean. So, the first product George used was the Crema Nera Neocream, which serves as a moisturizer plus primer.

Even though the Crema Nera Neocream serves as a primer, a true makeup artisan knows that in order for your makeup look to last ALL day, you have to prime, prime and prime. So, necessarily, George used the Maestro UV Make-Up Primer, which is more than *just* a primer. It’s your SPF saviour. Take a small handful and slowly massage it into your skin, letting the product sink in to give you that ~instant~ glow.

Now that your skin’s protected and prepped. It’s time we got to the good part aka Armani Beauty’s #1 product, the Luminous Silk Oil-Free Foundation. As the name suggests, you get an instant silky feeling. He uses a brush to blend a minimal amount of the foundation and then builds it up slowly.

Pro tip: To know the right shade for you, apply the foundation onto your jawline. If the product blends seamlessly into your skin, then you’ve found your match.

Moving on to the next step, the concealer. He uses the Luminous Silk Concealer, which has a creamy texture that provides hydration and is medium coverage. P.S. It’s can be used as a highlighter if you choose a lighter shade. Apply your concealer underneath your eyes and dark spots around the face.

He then uses the Fluid Sheer Glow Enhancer Highlighter, as a highlighter but you can also use it as a blush or bronzer. He combined the highlighter and foundation to give it a dewy glowy look. What really caught our attention was his use of a different shade of the fluid sheer enhancer, to highlight the model’s cheekbones and forehead.

To ensure the makeup look stays for a long time, George recommends using the Luminous Silk Glow Fusion Powder, a very lightweight powder that does all the work (Need. It. Now.) He then moved on to contouring along the cheekbones, brow bone, and forehead.

George’s rec: Always imagine a light above your head, so wherever the light illuminates, that’s where you highlight and when there’s a shadow, you contour there.

BRB, freaking out. It’s time for blushes! That pop of colour on your face? Love. George applies the Neo Nude A-Blush.

Now for the smokey eye look (An Armani Beauty classic), he starts off with the Smooth Silk Eye Pencil. George carefully lined the eyes to showcase the model’s eye shape and then smudges the pencil over the eyes as an eyeliner. He then applied the liquid eyeshadow (his favourite!!) on the top of the base and blends it with his fingertips.

Once the eyeshadow look was finished, he applied mascara to the bottom lash line, slowly working his way up. The final step to this killer smokey eye look was the Eyes to Kill Stellar Eyeshadow, a gel-based eyeshadow. The makeup artist dabbed it all over the model’s cheekbones as well as around the eye’s inner corner. Finally, he goes in with a nude lip shade to complete the look.
