Love is Blind season 4‘s latest episodes have been out for a couple of days now and it’s safe to say that there’s been *a lot* of opinions surrounding the fourth franchise of the Netflix reality TV series. Shayne Jansen from Love is Blind season 2 and Perfect Match has even watched the first five episodes himself and has some thoughts on viewers’ opinions.
While Shayne was seen as one of the ‘villains’ of Love is Blind season 2, he was well-liked and a fan favourite after Perfect Match, especially since Shayne’s TikToks are currently hilarious and down-to-earth. Plenty of his fans are in his comments section saying ‘maturing is realising that Shayne is actually a genuine guy’ and ‘I loved you on your last show, we love growth.’

What did Shayne Jansen say about Love is Blind season 4?
[March 28, 2023] Recently, Shayne Jansen took to his Instagram stories to discuss LIB season 4, which would obviously be relatable since that was where it all started for the TV personality.
His story stated:
“I’m going to speak on LIB season 4 quickly. Remember who (the internet) wanted to cancel last season after their first batch of episodes? (R and C)

The ‘R and C’ that Shayne is referring to are Raven and Cole from Love is Blind in season 3 who were quickly judged and villainised after the first batch of episodes aired. Raven was told off by the internet for exercising while Bartise was getting emotional with the Pilates instructor in the pods, and Cole wasn’t judged for *that* pool scene.

Shayne was also inadvertently talking about the backlash that LIB season 4 contestants Micah and Irina are currently receiving for being ‘mean girls’ in the first 5 episodes of the newly released season. Twitter’s #LoveIsBlind hashtag is filled with hate towards the two because of some scenes, and they’ve been described as ‘the worst LIB villains’ of all time.

[Apirl 10, 2023] Love him or hate him, Shayne Jansen has some *thoughts* when it comes to Love is Blind season 4. Recently, Marshall from the fourth series posted a TikTok about the ‘ring drama’ with a voice-over insinuating that he wanted to take the ring back from Jackie so that he could at least leave the relationship with ~something~.
Shayne then stitched the video and said that the LIB rings cost $3,000, and that he was leaving with the “victim card”.

Shayne’s fans in the comments were telling the previous pod contestant that they’re team Marshall, and one user said “I think it’s about the principle of the ring and not about money. Marshall seems like a good dude he deserved better!”
Shayne responded, “100% but this ring drama is incredible. It’s not the bachelor where it costs 60k 😂. 3.5k tops and is booty with memories.”
