For day 2 of Cosmotel, Siella Beauty hosted a makeup masterclass and might we say that it was *so* informative. Siella Beauty aims to bring out the best in every woman by highlighting their natural features, and that’s what their new glowy warm look was all about. Makeup artist Michel Kiwarkis took us through a step-by-step breakdown on how to recreate this simple, yet elegant summer look.
This was obv too good and we took note of every step so you can get all the ~juicy~ details on how to recreate this glowy look that will enhance your natural beauty. You can thank us later.
Cosmotel’s Siella Beauty masterclass
Summer will be here in a few months, so with the hot weather and extreme temperatures approaching, no one wants to be sweating off tons of caked-on makeup. The Siella Beauty masterclass has come to our rescue by providing us with a glam makeup look using the least amount of products (yes to travel-friendly.)
Let’s begin with the base of the eyeshadow: He applies the beige colour from the ‘Beauty O’clock- Count to Three‘ palette to prep the eyelids. This palette has three shades in each column that can come together as a look. Beginners, we found your go-to choice.
Then, he uses the shimmery eyeshadow and gently applies it using his fingers since it’s pigmented and easily blendable. He went for a vibrant orangy with the eye look. How perfect is that for a summer look? Next on the list is the Glowria highlighter in the shade ‘Sugar Coated’ to apply it around the inner corner of the eyes for brightness.
To add depth to the eyes, Kiwarkis applies the ‘After hours’ brown colour near the bottom lashes to use as shimmer below the eyes and at the outer corner to serve as a base for the eyeliner.
He then traces a thin eyeliner line along the top lid using the Siella Wing It waterproof liquid eyeliner (Pro tip: Use waterproof eyeliner to prevent any smudging) and finishes off the wing by drawing it along the brown colour base to create a precise cat-eye look.
“It’s amazing how eyeliner can change any shape of the eye,” Kiwarkis said.

On to the lashes: To make the eyes pop, Kiwarkis recommends using the True You mascara, it is super black and buildable, it also works on all kinds of lashes and gives them an almost false lash look without the need of a synthetic lash strip.
To warm up the face and give a cute summer tan effect, he applies the powder bronzer from the Daring But Cute palette to the crevices of the face. As a pro tip to a much natural and glowy look, he does not try to transform the face but rather highlight and bring out the natural features to enhance the individual beauty.
To assimilate the glistening of the sun hitting your skin, he uses the darkest colour in the highlighter shades to top off the bronzer and add some shimmer for a glowy-bronze look.
For a healthy pink flush that will bring some life to the face, he uses Pearla Blushed Blush from the Pearla blush collection on the apples of the cheeks.
Exclusive: During the masterclass, Siella revealed it is launching a new product exclusively sold at City Centre. Siella is coming out with a new lipstick collection featuring their best seller liquid matte lipsticks, this new collection is called Flower Power and comprises 30 shades to choose from.
On to the lips: No look is finished without a good lip colour to go along with it. For this look, Kiwarkis combined the shades ‘Lilly’ and ‘Daffodale’ from the new Flower Power collection to customize the best shade for this glowy-summer look.
