Several birds have been chirping that Bravo’s hit Housewives television series’ newest location is right here in Dubai. And the rumours are true, The Real Housewives of Dubai is coming in 2022. Andy Cohen announced on the Today Show that this is the first international version of the show. The official cast has not been announced yet.
According to Bravo, “The Real Housewives of Dubai focuses on a group of women navigating their relationships, careers, and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates. With the deser paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene.” Andy Cohen said, “Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international Housewives series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an ourstanding group of friends as our guides.”
So who’s in the cast? There’s no official confirmation, yet, however with so many beautiful, educated, talented, and accomplished women in Dubai, we’re sure whomever they choose will rank with the likes of Lisa Vanderpump, Garcelle Beauvais, Yolanda Hadid, Nene Leakes, and Lisa Rinna.
Here’s who we would choose to show the world what The Real Housewives of Dubai are all about:
Huda Kattan
Growing a billion-dollar global beauty empire from her career as a makeup artist and blogger is not something just anyone can do. Arguably the most famous woman in Dubai, Huda Kattan is a powerhouse entrepreneur with three beauty brands, her own angel seed investment firm, and an endless list of awards and accolades. On top of this, she *isn’t* afraid to get real.
Jessica Kahawaty
Former Miss World Australia 2012, this Lebanese beauty queen is so much more than a pretty face. Jessica Kahawaty is also a philanthropist with bachelor’s degrees in both law and finance. She’s familiar with being on camera, too. This model has starred in television commercials and worked as a television host.
Nadine Nassib Njeim
Another former beauty queen and Lebanese actress we think would make for some seriously good reality television is Nadine Nassib Njeim. This ultra-glamourous mother of two knows how to hustle and grind. She’s starred in several Arab television series including Samra and 3eshk El Nesa. She’s also broken some serious boundaries. Nadine is the first Arab actress to be nominated at the Seoul International Film Festival.
Rawan Bin Hussein
No stranger to the spotlight, Rawan Bin Hussain also tops our dreamy wishlist of potential housewives. This Kuwaiti model is a single mum of one child and a force to be reckoned with. She’s not afraid to speak her mind, stand up for what she believes to be right, *and* look totally glam while doing so.
Nadia Zaal
Nadia Zaal is a businesswoman with some *major* influence in the UAE. Hailing from a family of property developers, this beauty has been at the forefront as the chief executive officer of several of the UAE’s luxury real estate developments including Al Barari and Nurai Island. Nadia also looks incredibly chic 24/7 and we love her sense of style.
Lojain Omran
Saudi Arabian, Lojain Omran, is a television presenter, socialite, and social media queen. She currently presents in Bahrain and can often be seen at the hottest events in Dubai with her celeb friends. With such an interesting and colourful life, we think this gorgeous star would be an incredible addition to The Real Housewives of Dubai.
Karen Wazen
One of Dubai’s most recognisable Instagram and TikTok stars, Karen Wazen pretty much already lives the ~lifestyle~. She’s an adoring mum to her three children and happily married. From fashion to photoshoots, modeling campaigns, and creating her own eyewear brand, this beauty has done it all. We think her lighthearted personality would be fun to watch on the show.
Balquees Fathi
Newly single Balquees Fathi is a much-loved singer based in the UAE. This mum of one has experienced tremendous success in her music career and even has a wax figure in her likeness at the new Madame Tussauds wax museum. We would love to see this accomplished UAE icon on the show.
