Let’s be honest, no one does a good makeup routine quite like Huda Beauty does. So to say we were excited when the beauty guru posted a snippet of their updated #FauxFilter Luminous Matte Liquid Foundation on Instagram would be a massive understatement.
The Wishful Skin founder took to YouTube to announce the new drop, which she describes as their “first-ever collab with YOU” (yes, you, us. All of us). In the video, she explains that she and her team listened intently to the critics gotten from the OG #FauxFilter foundation and reformulated the foundation with the feedback in mind.
The now formulated cult foundation is fragrance-free, non-comedogenic with a luminous skin finish. “It’s a skin texture…it’s just like your skin inside of a bottle,” Huda said in the YouTube video. The best part about this foundation? It’s ever-ry-thing proof!
“It’s life-proof, transfer-proof, mask-proof, pool party-proof…everything-proof!” (Also tears-proof if anyone cared to know). I mean, this is a justifiably solid purchase if you ask me.
