Ramadan 2021 is expected to start 12 April

The Holy Month of Ramadan is set to begin on the 12th April 2021. 

According to Ibrahim Al Jarwan, a member of the Arab Union for Astronmy and Space Sciences, Ramadan is expected to start on Monday 12th April, subject to the moon sighting. 

The Eid-Al-Fitr holidays is expected to be from Tuesday 11th May to Saturday 15th May 2021. This means that work will resume on Sunday. 

Last year’s Ramadan was a difficult one, as we were all in lockdown and were unable to see our relatives or friends. This year’s Ramadan will hopefully be better than the last.
