Jazz music is the epitome of class and sophistication and is good for the body (for real). listening to it can boost immunity, creativity, productivity, learning, and stress relief as sounds of jazz activate theta brain waves in humans.

Listening to jazz for about 30 minutes can even boost immunity as it boosts your body’s immunoglobulin A levels (which helps it fight infections from making you ill).

Good vibes and health benefits? It’s sure to be a fab weekend for the wellness girlies.
