Dubai’s culinary scene is set to level up with exclusive dishes and cocktail pairings crafted by our favourite lady chefs, all infused with the fabulous flavours of Lillet.

Josette

Chef Burcu Cracknell is bringing the heat with her dish Pavés Landais et Lillet Rose Gelée featuring foie gras terrine, pistachio, dry figs gingerbread, and Lillet Rose jelly. And you gotta sip on the “Chrysantheme de Josette” cocktail, mixing Lillet Rose with Absinthe, Benedictine, and ginger for those bougie vibes inside the pinkest restaurant in the city.

Fi’lia

Fi’lia is where it’s at on March 6th. Head Chef Célia Stoecklin, Chef Laure from SO/ Uptown Dubai and Executive Pastry Chef Laure Dumas are teaming up for a five-course dinner, that’s all about celebrating femininity and diversity, with Lillet Blanc and Rose bringing the flavour game strong. Plus, low-ABV cocktails to keep the party going! Priced at Dhs295 per person or Dhs450 for wine pairing, it’s the perfect spot to meet with the girls for a mid-week celebration.

The Guild

Visit this DIFC hotspot that brings the luxe getting in on the action. Chocolatier extraordinaire Chef Gülce Akınal is serving up the Lillet Sunset, a chocolate dream infused with Lillet gel, and it’s paired perfectly with the Dolce d’Amore cocktail made with a mix of gin and Lillet rose. Sounds like the perfect aperitif.

Chef Patricia Roig is bringing the fire with her Baked Goat Cheese dish, topped with Lillet gel, Chimichurri, and Brioche. Wash it down with the Strawberry & Rosemary cocktail, mixing Lillet Rose with strawberry and rosemary. It’s giving stunning.
