Base, Dubai’s latest nightclub addition, is opening with a bang this weekend at the Dubai Design District. The open-air venue will be hosting a short series of events before the summer really hits.

Opening night on Thursday, April 27, sees Swedish sensation DJ Axwell churning out house music for the Dubai glam set and Friday, April 28 has Dr. Dre and Eminem find – 50 Cent rapping out hits.

Word on the street is that Base has an impressive line-up with names like Calvin Harris and Pharrell doing the rounds. And with a state-of-the-art sound system and killer pyrotechnics, the Base experience promises to be more festival and concert-like rather than a nightclub. We are already impressed!
