Two of Katy Perry’s exes spoke out foundly about her earlier this week, as her ex-husband Russell Brand opened up about life after marriage after almost four and half years of their split and John Mayer admitted to writing a song about the Pop star.
During an interview on John Bishop: In Conversation With, the comedian revealed, “I still feel very warm towards her, I feel like, when I hear about her or see her, ‘Awe, there’s that person. There’s that person in the world”.
The 41-year-old added that he blames his and the Chained To The Rhythm star’s busy schedules on their break-up.Â
“The marriage didn’t last for a very long time and I think that is to do with the undulated nature of fame and that, living in those conditions and what was happening”.
Moving on to John Mayer, the star has confirmed that his new song Still Feel Like Your Man is about his ex-lover. The 39-year-old opened up in an interview with NYT saying, “Who else would I be thinking about?” “And by the way, it’s a testament to the fact that I have not dated a lot of people in the last five, six years. That was my only relationship. So it’s like, give me this, people”.
