1. Downtown Cafe

This budget-friendly restaurant has an extensive menu, so you’ll be spoilt for choice. There’s a breakfast menu with fan favourites like waffles, pancakes crepes and French toast. For lunch or dinner, you can choose from an assortment of delicious sandwiches, wraps, shawarmas, burgers, pastas, seafood, rice, steaks, salads, appetizers and mixed grills. The menu offers some vegetarian options as well. To quench your thirst, sip on fresh fruit juices, iced tea, milkshakes or mojito. For dessert, enjoy a variety of ice creams or falooda. The chilli cheese fries are a must-have. Appetizers start from Dhs12, Mains start from Dhs25 and Desserts start from Dhs20. The restaurant has two branches, one in Karama and one in the Trade Centre Area.
2. Fuchsia Urban Thai

Fuchsia Urban Thai introduces the new ‘Rise and Dine Ala Carte Brunch’. The Thai eatery is serving their classic brunch menu with a Thai twist; interactive stations where guests can personalize their dishes. The interactive stations are as follows:
- Make Your Own Dim Sum Station – Dhs32 with two free add ons (additional add on for Dhs3 each) Guest can choose different fillings such as chicken, prawn or vegetables and colorful flat wraps for their own dim sum.
- Build Your Own Wok Dish – Dhs45 (1 protein, 4 add ons, 1 sauce, 1 garnish with Dhs4 for extra add ons) – This menu consists of a wide variety of vegetables, seafood and meat for guests to choose from.
- Fresh Juice/Mocktail Stations – Dhs28 mocktail (With a choice of three from 10 available options) Different add ons such as tapioca pearls, fruit chunks, and other sweet condiments are available for you to select from.
Avocado toast with curry tofu or harissa pesto and Chia Seed Pudding with mango labneh and dragon fruit are available on the menu for calorie conscious folks.
As a bonus, there’s a dedicated kids menu and a play area with origami sessions and coloring book activities.
The brunch is available from 9am to 4pm every Friday and Saturday at Fuchsia Urban Thai Bay Square, Business Bay branch.
3. Asia Kitchen By Mainland China

Asia Kitchen is an authentic restaurant that serves traditional Asian dishes like Nasi Goreng, Fried rice, Cantonese style noodles, Thai green curry and Chicken with cashew nuts. Soups, salads, veg and non-veg combos are also on the menu. Seafood like lobster, fish and prawns are also available on the menu. Dim Sum, Sushi rolls and Baos are offered as appetizers. Appetizers start from Dhs26, Mains start from Dhs34 and Combos start from Dhs42.
Asia Kitchen is located on the ground floor of Burjman Centre.
4. London Dairy Bistro

London Dairy Bistro has introduced a new business lunch; choose three courses and a beverage of your choice for just Dhs70. Start your lunch with soup of the day, followed by a delicious main course – options include spicy chicken pizza, kale salad or a juicy beef/chicken burger. Enjoy a scoop of London Dairy’s premium ice cream for dessert. This great deal also includes the choice of either a hot or cold drink (such as café latte, hot chocolate, the signature Smooth Operator on ice and cold brew and more).
The Business lunch offer is available from noon to 3pm at Aspin Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road and from 3pm to 6pm at Business Central Towers, Dubai Media City.
5. Burger & Lobster

Burger and Lobster’s legendary dishes which include the 8oz Original Burger, The Original Lobster and The Original Roll are not to be missed.
The Original Burger is a thick, juicy beef patty topped with lettuce, tomato, house made pickles and B&L’s secret burger sauce. Seafood lovers can’t miss out on The Original, a fresh 1.5 pounds of Canadian lobster juicy and tender to taste. Have it grilled or steamed with lemon and garlic butter sauce alongside fries and salad.
The Original Roll is prepared with chunks of claw meat tossed in creamy Japanese mayo and topped with chives, served in their signature buttery brioche roll. For those who are more adventurous, try the Malaysian Lobster Casserole or the spicy Hot Mama Burger. Wash down your meal with a Salted Caramel milkshake or a pint of your favorite hop. Mains start from Dhs70.
The restaurant is located on the first floor of Burj Daman Building, DIFC, Dubai and opens at noon.
6. Bounty Beets

Located at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi, Bounty Beets boasts a vegan and gluten-free menu. The resto is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; has cute décor and can seat 130 guests. The breakfast menu includes “bravocado” (avocado on gluten-free toast with heirloom tomatoes and feta), “I yam what I yam” (caramelised bananas and sweet potato pancakes) and “you’re all I avo wanted” (avo toast with poached eggs).
There are also soups, burgers (including a black bean vurger), gluten-free pizzas, grills (chicken souvlaki, sea bream and more) and a range of healthy bowls including teriyaki salmon, tuna poke, acai berry power bowl and a kale and grapefruit salad.
Desserts include a raw apple tart and coconut caramel cheesecake made with coconut cashew cream, as well as fudge brownies and sticky toffee pudding.
Breakfast starts from Dhs 33, Burgers start from Dhs80, Pizzas start from Dhs63 and Desserts start from Dhs30.
7. OPA

OPA has authentic Greek offerings like freshly baked breads and creamy Artichoke Dip comprised of smoked Metsovone and ricotta cheese infused with charred jalapeno. Follow this up with the some rich Baked Burrata, filled with spicy tomato sauce, florin jam served alongside a mixed salad, pickled shallots and freshly grilled pita.
Newly added dishes include: Ladenia (a Greek-style flatbread), Imam Bayildi (roasted aubergines, caramelized onions, roasted pine nuts and yogurt), Josper Grilled Salmon (organic salmon immersed in a cauliflower purée with roasted fennel cream sauce), and Seafood Linguine (tiger prawns, tender calamari and fresh octopus churned in harissa butter and served with tomato sauce).
Warm your soul with OPA’s steaming new bowl of Stifado,a hearty stew prepared with a juicy and tender 48-hour braised beef rib, Metsovone potato purée, caramelised baby onions tomato and veal jus.
OPA is located on the 1st Level, Fairmont Dubai, Trade Centre Area. Open from 7pm – 1am.
8. Marea

Marea is a two Michelin star Italian seafood restaurant from New York. That means the dishes are very pricey. However, the restaurant is offering a Business Lunch. For Dhs125, you can get one appetizer and one main. You can choose from appetizers like raw fish/ shellfish, salad, grilled octopus, calamari, lobster or red prawns. For the main course, you can choose between a pasta or fish/meat. Pasta options are Spaghetti, Rigatoni, Risotto and more. The meat options are Chicken, Wagyu Sirloin, Tuna and more.
The business lunch is available from noon to 3pm and the restaurant is located on floor 1, Gate Village, DIFC, Dubai.
9. Couqley

Couqley French Bistro and The Tasting Class team have collaborated for the ‘Steak n’ Grape’ event. Steak n’ Grape is a tasting event designed to match some of Couqley’s meat dishes like the Entrecote, Bavette, Filet De Boeuf, Mini Burger and Steak Tartare with the perfect glass of grape. The five glasses and steak board will be accompanied with five of Couqley’s special sauces, including their signature “Couqley Sauce.” A variety of fries such as their popular thin, truffle, sweet or extra skinny will also be served. The participation fee is Dhs389 per head including premium grape selection.
The session of Steak n Grape will be taking place on October 5 at 8pm, at Couqley restaurant, located in JLT, Cluster A.
