Put your hand up if you workout consistently and live a pretty healthy lifestyle and your thighs still spread like soft marshmallows when you sit down (like mine is in this picture) Keep your hand up if you look at those goddesses and models on Instagram and wonder why their pictures look so flawless It all comes down to how the picture is taken. I workout 5 times a week and eat healthy 80% of the time and my body is nowhere near perfect, but instead of sitting here and berating myself, I'm gonna take a moment and give gratitude to my body that works relentlessly day and night in order for me to function. If you're flicking through social media and thinking "I wish I had her legs" or "I wish my life was as glamorous as hers", just remember people show you what they want you to see.
