Hot off the heels of his unforgettable Coachella debut, Palestinian rapper Saint Levant announces the upcoming release of his highly-anticipated album, DEIRA.
From growing up in Gaza to platforming Palestine on a global stage, Saint Levant’s music centers on demonstrating Palestinian resilience. DEIRA the album shares its name with Levant’s latest single, which references the hotel in which he was raised in Gaza.
In a post on Instagram, he shared: “I was raised in Gaza, Palestine. I spent my childhood years in a hotel called DEIRA, designed and built by my father. It was one of the most beautiful structures in Gaza City.

He continued: “In December of 2023, it was bombed and destroyed by the Israeli Occupation. But as we all know, Palestinians only know resilience. We will return, and we will rebuild.
“This album, which I spent over a year making, imagines a return to DEIRA in a liberated Palestine. I can’t wait to share it with you on June 7th”.
The upcoming album follows the recent release of his fellow Palestinian artist, Elyanna, who released her debut album Woledto, earlier in May. It sure is looking like a music-filled summer, with unskippable bops and powerful messages in equal doses.
DEIRA is available to pre-order now.
