Ooooh we’ve been waiting for this one (!!)

Mega-band Coldplay has announced their upcoming single, “We Pray”, featuring Little Simz, Burna Boy, Tini and Palestinian-Chillean singer (and previous Cosmo ME cover star) Elyanna.

The announcement follows speculation from fans after the band brought out the artists during their viral performance at this year’s Glastonbury Festival in June.

The track’s dropping on August 23, set to be the second single from their upcoming album “Moon Music,” landing October 4.

Coldplay debuted “We Pray” during their Glastonbury set on June 29, with live collabs from Simz and Elyanna, and Burna Boy making an appearance via background clips.

Performing at Glastonbury is yet another milestone for Arab star Elyanna, who already sold out a tour in America and became the first singer to perform in Arabic at Coachella. The previous Cosmo ME cover star joined Coldplay during their headliner set, singing two songs with them to a casual crowd of 100,000 people.

Elyanna performed Coldplay’s 2019 song, ‘Arabesque’ alongside Femi Kuti, as well as the band’s newest single, ‘We Pray’, featuring Little Simz and Burna Boy.

“I’m soooooo emotional rn”, wrote the singer in a heartfelt Instagram post. “14 years old Yanna that watched coldplay live from a very far seat would be so proud today”.
