Anyone who has a good relationship with their parents will know introducing them to the person they’re dating can be nerve-wracking AF. Just count yourself lucky (unless any of these incredibly extreme situations happen to apply to you) that your parents didn’t end up hating on your partner like these guys did. Seven parents share the reasons they reaaaallly don’t like their child’s S/O.

1. Stole my wife’s credit card and bought himself shoes and an iPhone. Also took [Dhs550] to go party. Charges pending. [Via] 

2. Over dinner last week my son’s SO wouldn’t stop talking about Star Trek. I’ve shunned her from the house. Forever. [Via]

3. He tried to steal my car, dog, and VCR at about three in the morning. When i caught him about to pull out of the driveway, his excuse was: “I have to run to my place really quick to grab a bite to eat. Would you like anything?” When I asked about Sasha [my dog], and my VCR, he said he was worried someone would steal them while he was gone, so he was bringing them with him to keep them safe… [Via]
