Wine Pairing Series with MMI and Tashas Group

Leading hospitality brand, Tashas Group is set to launch its partnership with Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) to introduce a quarterly Wine Pairing Series across several venues in Dubai. Starting at Flamingo Room Dubai on April 17th, this exciting collaboration will combine fine dining food with MMI’s exceptional portfolio of wines.
As part of the series, guests can participate in the Global Wine Passport program. Attendees will collect a different passport at every venue, and those who join all the wine pairing nights will enter a pool from which one individual with a plus one will be selected for an exclusive, all-expenses-paid trip to a prestigious wine estate in either Greece, Italy, or South Africa. Jones The Grocer Cheese & Wine Pairing Masterclass

Join The Tasting Class and Jones The Grocer for a wine and cheese masterclass this April. Taste a range of artisanal cheeses from Jones The Grocer’s notorious cheese room, paired with six classic wine styles to see how they work with the cheeses, and a selection of hot bites, too.

Every Wednesday at Sucre, enjoy a four-course menu complemented by a selection of wines that transport you directly to the wine region of the month, Mendoza, Argentina. Each course is a narrative of the land’s tradition, with the chosen wines enhancing every dish to showcase the distinct tastes of the region, from the aromatic Torrontés to the full-bodied Malbecs.
