Have you been seeing 555 or 234 on repeat? Do you find that every time you look at your phone it’s 11:11? These special numeral sequence are called angel numbers, bbe, and there’s a reason why you keep seeing them.
We chatted with spiritual coach, Maria Leonard, to find out what these triple digits mean and why they keep popping up in our lives.
Congrats, you’re vibin’ higher
If you suddenly start noticing angel numbers everywhere, “this is a sign of a positive change in your vibration and frequency. As a result, more seemingly impossible coincidences, called synchronicities, begin to take place in your life. Your thoughts and feelings are vibrating higher and there is no resistance or blocks in your energy.”
“Flow happens and your communication with the angels becomes easier. That’s why you’re able to start seeing and hearing angel numbers. In the great scope of the universe, nothing is a coincidence and your alignment with the universe is getting better.”
What’s the purpose of angel numbers?
“The purpose of angel numbers is to form communication with the dimension where angels reside, which many spiritual teachers consider to be between the seventh and ninth dimensions. All angels are instinctively loving, though their love is far more impersonal and unconditional than is human love.”
“Although you’re starting to notice angel numbers now, know that “they’ve always been there, but our own mind blocks our connection to higher dimensional information and communication. Many times people are so stressed, distracted, and caught up in their everyday lives that they’re not thinking or feeling beyond their physical tangible reality.”
“Once angel numbers start to appear in your life, communication has started to happen. Pay attention to the numbers and focus on aligning yourself energetically, mentally, and emotionally.
What if I’m not seeing angel numbers?
Not there yet? “You still haven’t developed that connection with the angelic world, but that doesn’t mean you can’t. Put the intention, do energy healing, meditation, and visualisation to help you get there. If you’ve been seeing angel numbers but they’ve stopped showing up in your life, know that the synchronicities can fluctuate.” To get back on ~cosmic~ track, ” meditate and cleanse your energy more often, continue to develop love and trust, and you’ll become more synchronised.”

Let’s break down the meanings of popular angel number sequences
Now that we know what angel numbers are and why we see them, the next obvious question is, what do they mean? You can intuitively assign your own meanings to numbers, however, if you’re not comfortable with doing that, Maria channeled the following meanings for us.
000: You have a blank slate to start again and it’s a great opportunity to manifest without past karma affecting you.
111: You have a chance for a new beginning and go inwards on your life journey. Self-love and self-care are a priority here.
keywords: oneness – wholeness – beginning
222: You have to be more decisive in your choices. Trust more. You are also connected to
someone who is also thinking about you and is compatible with you.
keywords: duality – unity – compatibility
333: You are expanding and breaking patterns rapidly. Extension of a family is also possible.
keywords: growth – right path – optimism
444: You have a firm foundation and a stable outcome of the relationships and/or situations.

If you’re seeing a seemingly random set of digits constantly, like 119, know that it “can be a special message from your guardian angel or the archangels reassuring you that they are there for you, protecting you, watching over you and are ready to help whenever you ask.”
“Most of the time they are trying to remind us that we have forgotten to ask for help and trust that they are listening. Your angels want you to listen to them in order for your to reach your personal potential. Keep in mind too that if you are seeing sequences like 333 or 7777 or 1234 all at the same time then this is a powerful sign as all of these numbers are trying to grab your attention.”
We’ve seen the number sequence 666 get a bad rap as being a negative omen. Is there truly such a thing as evil numbers? Fear not, “it’s actually a sign to remind you to listen to your inner guidance, the angels, and not to worry. No numbers are inherently bad.”

“Angels are part of spiritual awakenings and working with them you will feel their energy incredibly gentle and loving. Connecting with them through numbers is just one way, which is why it’s great to practice asking questions and receiving information, either through number sequences, signs, symbols, colours, and also just words. It’s possible to ask for a set of numbers to appear for you for a yes/no answer, or to give you direction based on the sequences above. Keep yourself open to the angelic world and you’ll be amazed.”
