Aries

This year, you’re feeling extra antsy about your pay scale—which is why you will be cosmically pushed to ask for a raise on May 7th, August 3rd, and August 18th. You may even receive a surprise bonus on November 21st, without having to ask for one.

Taurus

Whatever you do, do not ask your boss for a raise during Venus Retrograde (which occurs from May 13-June 25). Financial promises may be faulty during those 41 days and 40 nights. Trust us, you’ll thank us later. But don’t stress: June 25th (after Venus Retrograde ends in the early morning), August 3rd, and December 15th are A-OK!

Gemini

Use your finely-tuned people skills and savvy sales pitches to redefine the terms of your salary during the three Mercury Retrograde cycles in 2020. (That’s right: Mercury Retrograde’s not all bad.) From February 16-March 9, June 17-July 12, and October 14-November 3, you can try to renegotiate your pay rate on *your* terms.
