It was recently announced that Now United would be performing at the exciting Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2023, live in Abu Dhabi. We’re pleased to share that the global pop group, formed by Pop Idol creator Simon Fuller, is joining another one of the mastermind’s creations on tour. Indeed, Now United is opening up for the iconic British pop group S Club’s 2023 UK and Ireland Tour (!!)
What we know so far about the Now United x S Club tour opening…
Now United is the world’s first global music team, and arguably one of the biggest pop groups of our time. The international group is composed of singers and dancers who come from 18 different countries. “We want to spread the message of love,” the group formerly shared. “You can get along with anyone, and it doesn’t matter where you come from, what you look like, or how you talk.”

As for S Club, the band is the UK’s biggest pop group, having had four UK number one singles in the charts with “Bring It All Back,” “Never Had a Dream Come True,” “Don’t Stop Movin” and “Have You Ever,” in addition to their number 1 U.K album titled “7.” The highly acclaimed group has sold over 10 million albums across the globe and has received two Brit awards for their musical achievements.

Just one month ago on July 26, S Club has released their first single in 20 years titled “These Are The Days.” The song is a tribute to the late S Club member Paul Cattermole who unfortunately passed away at the start of 2023.
And in commemoration of the iconic group’s 25th anniversary, a 15-date U.K-Ireland arena tour named “S Club: The Good Times Tour” has been scheduled for the fall (starting October 12). The tour was tenderly named after a fan-favourite tune on which Cattermole sang lead vocals. Performed by existing band members Tina Barrett, Jon Lee, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O’Meara and Rachel Stevens, we’re super excited to attend S Club’s The Good Times Tour.

The equally illustrious Now United seems to be following in S Club’s footsteps, taking over the world one performance at a time. The global pop group was most recently announced to perform at the exciting Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards 2023, live in Abu Dhabi. This is not the group’s first time in Abu Dhabi as they’ve given an exclusive, live-streamed performance at the Louvre Abu Dhabi in 2021.
We suspect that man behind both groups’ creations, Simon Fuller, is responsible for uniting these two musical sensations on one tour. When asked about Now United’s performance at The Louvre, the British entrepreneur shared, “As Now United’s popularity continues to grow in all regions of the world, we felt this was the perfect moment to stage our first virtual performance.”

Now United’s increasingly influential popularity has earned them a timely spot alongside musical sensations S Club on their UK and Ireland tour. Spreading their universal message of love, humanity, and unity, Now United is set to light up the arena at S Club: The Good Times Tour.
