The UAE’s first MesoAmerican resto is here, offering a kitchen counter experience and a curated Supper Club tasting menu. Led by Nicaraguan Chef Gabriela Chamorro, every detail celebrates culture, connection, and creativity. With an inviting and vibrant setting to catch up with the girl gang, you’re not going to want to miss this.

📍 Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.
The team behind the iconic CLAP Restaurant are opening up KIRA Restaurant, a homegrown dining concept which blends Mediterranean ingredients together with Japanese flavours. On our bucket list for real.

Nette Al Barari
The homegrown Dubai cafe brand is opening up it’s brand new location at the serene Al Barari. Executive Chef Shaunne Cordier will be serving up his signature French-Japanese fusion dishes, such as the Yuzu Ponzu Crispy Salmon Salad and the Miso-Braised Beef French dip Sandwich. You can’t miss it.

New York’s very own Carbone is coming here to show us that they are all about classic Italian-American cuisine with a sprinkle of 90s New York glamour. Just picture mouth-watering pasta dishes, perfectly cooked steaks, and a cozy and luxurious ambiance.

📍One, Palm Jumeirah by Dorchester Collection
So Dubai is becoming a spot for beach clubs to thrive, and the creators of local favorites Chic Nonna and L’Amo have not come to play regarding Lavita. She will be set at a prime location in Palm West Beach, and we expect Amalfi Coast vibes and curated authentic Italian cuisine.

China Tang
📍The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Business Bay
London’s authentic Cantonese cuisine is making its way here; China Tang will be the place to be. It will have elegant, authentic Chinese decor and a menu that pays homage to traditional Chinese flavors. Expect a little bit of 1930s Shanghai energy, celebs, and royals worldwide to walk right through those doors. We can tell she will be fully booked the moment she launches.

Mr. Chow

The moment we have been waiting for has arrived: Mr.Chow has landed at the UAE borders and set foot in the very beloved DIFC. This restaurant will bring its famous Beijing cuisine, and expect the decor to be all about art and design. She is the ultimate spot for a lavish dining experience.

Cafe du Soir Ruby Ru has landed, offering indulgent French-Japanese cuisine including the Wagyu Beef Sando, Japanese-Style Hot Stone Steak and Whole Sea Bass. Drool-worthy.

YOY Neo Bistro
📍 Shangri La, Sheikh Zayed Road.
European food with Ukrainian roots is served up here, with each dish looking like a total work of art. Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko uses local ingredients from Dubai, that are often forgotten about, like tomato skins, and integrates sustainability at every level! Def one to check out.

📍Atlantis, The Palm
The iconic sibling to the three-star Michelin restaurant Frantzén in Stockholm and Zén in Singapore. The menu will feature delicious European cuisine influenced by Japanese cuisine. With the chef ranked 41st on the Top 100 Chef list, you can’t go wrong trying this new sensation.

Who doesn’t love the roaring 20s or Art Deco motifs? Well, Gatsby is giving us a speakeasy-style restaurant that is coming in hot with a mix of classic and contemporary dishes.
