The National Geographic Abu Dhabi and Almarai have just announced their 10th ‘Moments’ annual photography competition across MENA, and anyone can enter! ‘2020 Moments’ invites budding photographers from all over the Middle East and North Africa to capture the extraordinary moments of our changing world this year. Extraordinary is definitely one word for it!
Whether it’s ‘Passed Moments’, ‘Postponed Moments’ or ‘Inspired Moments’ you can share your images on www.natgeo-moments.com up until the 15th October 2020. If you’re stuck between which of your images to upload, then you’re in luck because you can enter up to 10 different images!
Whether you’re a budding photographer with a professional camera or you’re just snapping on your phone, experiment with your creative lenses to create a visual story which represents our crazy year on planet earth.
Since its first year, the competition has had over a quarter of a million entries and has given us a “rich, visual journey to the furthest corners of the Middle East and North Africa”. This year’s competition judging panel will feature Mohammad Muheisen, a two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner and National Geographic photographer and Hussam R. Abdulqader, CMO Almarai.
