A: Morpheus 8. Biolite was the first clinic in the region to launch the treatment which works to lift and tighten the skin using a combination of radio frequency and microneedling.

A: Gaia is a family favourite. The Pagoto Giouryi (frozen yoghurt) with honey and caramelised walnuts is one of my favourite desserts ever!

L: Maldives. It’s a tropical paradise close to Dubai and the perfect place to reset and relax – Soneva & JOALI resorts have so far been my favourites.

A: I train 5-6 times per week. Now I do a combination of weight training, TRX and pilates. When I’m in London, I walk absolutely everywhere!

A: A painting that my mother did of her late father. My grandfather was such an integral part of our lives, and seeing his portrait everyday truly inspires me to keep going, particularly on my lowest days.
