As if that wasn’t cool enough, among the female jockeys for the Saudi equestrian team were present two members of royalty: Princess Anoud Bint Abdullah, who with her team had snagged the silver medal and Princess Jawaher Bint Abdulaziz who was awarded the bronze medal for the 100 cm individual competition.

The Riyadh Center Club – who are based in the capital of both the country and since recently, Arab women as a whole – took home a bronze medal in the archery competition.
