A fun fact about the song is that Dev never actually use a computer but whatever was in the studio alongside a hard drive to make the track. He did all this on a day when Fai was one hour late to the studio. We’re *baffled* to say the least.

Northside by Ama Lou ft. Fai Khadra, was written by Ama Lou about her personal homecoming. She travels a lot and lives bi-coastal, so she felt a bit out of place when she arrived in the UK. However, this song was a reminder of her origins and how North London was her home and will always be.

Runnin‘ by Blood Orange ft. Fai Khadra, was written with the inspiration that unfinished songs can always be finished, whether it is days later or decades later. The song is about hope but also touches upon loss and loneliness.
