The world’s largest fan convention celebrating gaming, comics – and other related popular art forms such as anime and manga – is back in Jeddah for another spectacular season, from November 30 until December 1.
From cosplaying your absolute favourite characters to meeting the alternate gaming and comic universe’s most beloved celebrities – including actors, authors, and DJs – here’s everything you can expect at the quintessentially imaginative and creative event, which is currently taking place at the Jeddah Convention Centre.

Comic Con Jeddah 2023: The celebs
Gaming enthusiasts can expect to encouter the likes of Stephen Amell from Arrow, Steven Ward and Mackenyu, Lexi Rabe, John Gremillion and Lislie. Author Rachel Litfin, who created The Chronicles of Royal High will also be in attendance – in addition to The Paradise Planets‘s creator Shaun Barrowes among other stars – including Dolya Gavanski.
Comic book artist and illustrator Chad Hardwin, who brought the aesthetic glory of comics such as Web of Spider-Man, Antivenom, and Wonder Woman to the world, will be making a special appearance. Fellow distinguished illustrators Hiroshimi Takani and Mostafa Moussa will also be gracing the event with their presence and expertise.
In terms of music, spectacular DJs Andy and Blacky will keep the energy at an all-time high, together with mesmerising bands Immortal Pain, Strangers, and Seera. Sensational Japanese rap duo FEMM will also deliver an electric performance at Comic Con Jeddah 2023. Nojood, Ben, and Majeed will also bless our ears with incredible live performances.
Not to mention the *incredible* talks, panel discussions, and meet & greets available to all Comic Con Jeddah 2023 attendees.
Comic Con Jeddah: All-things-cosplay
The most impressive cosplayer will receive a SAR15,000 cash prize, at the discretion of esteemed cosplay judges Sakuraflor, Har Fie, Elizabeth Rage and Jinxie. Don’t forget to snap a photo (or two) of your incredible costumes (!!)
Comic Con Jeddah 2023, enhanced by TikTok
Elevating the already fantastic event to even higher echelons, TikTok’s state-of-the-art facilities and activations include an on-ground booth – featuring live game streaming and a dedicated creative space for cosplay fans. Inside the TikTok booth, a 360 camera will allow cosplay enthusiasts to film incredible content whilst offering a creative space to meet their favourite influencers as well as collaborate with one another.
Straight from the booth, the official Comic Con TikTok account will showcase livestreamed content made by some of the most beloved TikTok creators in the comic and gaming community.
Launched on November 14, TikTok’s hashtag campaign for Comic Con Jeddah (#ComicConArabia, #comiccon, and #GamingOnTikTok) gives fans the chance to promote incredible content and potentially win tickets to the extravaganza.
Special TikTok x Comic Con creators including Thamer Al Dairem will also be present at the event.
