“Today is the proudest day of my life,” college engineer Seth Schneider captioned the above picture. He successfully took a picture of him high-fiving himself … by throwing his iPhone in the air immediately after hitting the button to take a picture.

If you don’t feel like scrolling through the thousands-of-tweets-long thread, here’s the important stuff: No, Schneider did not use the timer feature, yes, he dropped his phone on the bathroom floor while attempting to do this (only twice, he says), and the reason he’s got a lot of time to throw his phone around is that he’s chilling while Hurricane Matthew passes.

Because it’s not enough to just like or retweet such an accomplishment, dozens of others have too decided to throw their phones in the air to see if they can capture the same high-five selfie and tweet it at their new daddy for a gold star.

Before scrolling through and getting any ideas of your own, please note Schneider’s Twitter bio now includes “I am not responsible for any broken phones,” so don’t @ him. Or me. Just go throw your phone in the air. Dream big.
