Like music, I like to believe that art is a universal language that counters cultural differences and brings people together, it’s a common ground where people connect over incredible paintings and drawings…and the art scene is Dubai has been seriously soaring hunny!

People have become more involed with art in Dubai with murals dotted arount town and events that encourage young and local artists to show off their talents. Lucky for us, some of the most talented people in town have been taking to Instagram, to show off their best work…

1. Maisoon Al Saleh

She is the first Emirati artist to create artworks underwater. I love that she calls herself a multidisciplinary artist, her art uses various materials, from acrylics to fibreglass.

2. Maryam Alzaabi

As an architect and artist, she breathes creativity.  A lot of her work is inspired by pop culture and she has created some insane portraits of some of our favourite icons.
