Dubai goes above and beyond to get into the festive spirit from Christmas markets to delicious feasts and gorgeous displays all over the city. There’s something happening around every corner and the H Hotel Dubai has something to add to our festive bucket list this December. They’ve created a stunning EIGHT METRE display of Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai’s landmarks made of only gingerbread and Belgian chocolate. YUM!

It took a team of 20 chefs and 900 hours to complete. WOW. It has an RTA metro station, a metro train, the World Trade Center and a two metre model of the hotel! And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Santa Claus and his reindeer are also there to bring in the Christmas spirit on a 60kg sleigh made out of Belgian chocolate. Finally, the model of Sheikh Zayed Road has a winter wonderland twist to it. Instead of the usual traffic, the team designed the road with snow, Christmas trees and twinkling fairy lights. It’s so whimisical. *sigh*
