If you commute via public transport, we’ve got some exciting news for you.
As part of the 10th year anniversary celebrations, the RTA will be hosting exciting events like treasure hunts, 2.5 km and 5 km races on Dubai Water Canal promenade, and raffle draws of gold bars for commuters.
Public Transportation Day will run from this Friday the 1st of Nov until the 11th of Nov 2019. This initiative accords with the RTA’s 14th anniversary themed: ‘Better transport for a better life’. Most frequent riders will also be honoured during the period of the events.

The RTA aims to get more people to use the eco-friendly public transportation. Let’s appreciate the amazing public transportation Dubai has to offer. A metro/tram/bus ride wouldn’t hurt.
