Brunch may seem like a hit or miss. But in Dubai, which is a city full of cute spots with even cuter menus, there’s only one place where your cravings can be truly satisfied: The Lighthouse.

You know how it is at Cosmo ME; we don’t gatekeep good food with good interiors, which is why The Lighthouse is just built different.

From the moment you step foot in the restaurant, it’s already a feast of the senses. You’ll immediately get a whiff of the most delectable Mediterenean-inspired dishes–and who doesn’t love a good ‘ol Mediterenean?

This bistro, founded by Hashem Montasser and Hany Bassiony, was created with a couple of things in mind: become the go-to hangout spot for the foodies, the creative bunch, and those with taste✨.

Here, aesthetics and food align astronomically. From the lush greens when dining al fresco or indoors to the wood detailing, fresh aroma, and natural sunlight, you best believe The Lighthouse serves up the best time right to your cosy table.

Now, to the star of the show: the food. The menu comes with a burst of flavours; we’re talking about the fact that each dish is almost begging you to order a third round which would be no surprise because there’s nothing basic about it.

Whether you decide to indulge in a classic Fried Calamari, the Greek Salad, or a quick bite from their fresh-baked goods (the Focaccia is a must-try), each bite offers its guests a zest you won’t find in other spots. How, you ask? It’s all in the Chef’s top-tier eye for the best ingredients.

And we definitely can’t skip its glorious mains–they’re the real MVPS. From the 13-hour marinated and braised Short Rib, the flavours will surely melt in your mouth, to the Grilled Salmon Fillet, served perfectly with cherry tomato sauce and okra. It’s an immediate ‘yes’ and ‘no skip’ type of menu.

Of course, no brunch menu goes missing without the expertly mixed mocktails and cocktails. At The Lighthouse, they brought together the best mixologists in town. So, whether you’re feeling a little citrusy with the fresh grapefruit Ruby drink or if you want to spice things up with the Watermelon plus lemon juice combo, the in-house mixologists understood the assignment.

But wait! The twist we oh-so-love and live for? The energy. The Lighthouse doesn’t just serve brunch; it’s also all about serving major character vibes with its lively afternoon-to-night DJ sets.

Here, it’s not just dining and dipping; it’s the perfect start to the wknd.
