SALT

One of the most famous local burger spots in Dubai, SALT will not only leave your stomach but also your heart full. This food truck turned restaurant was founded by Amal Al Marri and Deem Al Bassam in 2014 and is now one of the leading burger joints not only in the UAE but also in other GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Apart from their juicy burgers, SALT also has some of the best desserts in town.

This curb side, homegrown diner concept is probably one of Dubai’s tiniest restaurants, but that’s exactly what makes it special. Although this place is always full, you don’t need to worry about waiting in long queues to get seated as High Joint will serve you their tantalising burgers in your own car! Don’t forget to check out their most recent branch, a ‘hidden oasis’ near Emirates towers where you can enjoy their irresistible burgers while being surrounded by peacocks (!!)
