If dark academia was a restaurant, it’d be Bisou. Dubai’s latest exiting restaurant opening is set to be the hottest fine dining spot in town.

Bisou is a unique dining concept restaurant, serving up modern French and Middle Eastern cuisine. This new restaurant is set to open in March in the heart of Dubai Opera Plaza.

Its interior is the brainchild of award-winning architect Tristan Du Plessis, designed as a nod to the romances of France. Its aesthetic blends Parisian elegance with timeless, library-like decor, guaranteed to bring you a quintessential dark academia feel.

Mouthwatering signature dishes will include Dates Tahina with Yuzu Black Caviar, Foie Gras Terrine with Apricots, Bouillabaisse with Rouille and Garlic Croutons, and delicious Lamb Shoulder served with Root Vegetables.
