New York City restaurant Gelso & Grand bills itself as having “New York’s Largest Cannoli” and they truly are something *~special~*. They call them “holy cannoli” and they come in all sorts of flavors, but the favorite, by far, is the unicorn cannoli.

It’s filled with strawberries, graham crackers, lavender-berry macarons, funfetti cake (inside and on top!), vanilla cream, and a variety of sprinkles. HOLY CANNOLI.
