The Middle East’s first-ever dating reality show, Love Is Blind Habibi, recently dropped on Netflix and it was fabulous. It exceeded all our expectations. And if you haven’t watched yet, go do it now!
The regional adaptation was hosted by Saudi actress and TV personality Elham Ali, along with her husband Khaled Saqr. And they really did a great job.
Having the beautiful couple host the first season was a great start and we hope to see them back for the second season.
Who is Elham Ali?
Elham Ali is a Saudi actress known for her remarkable roles in productions such as Sondos, Heart Crime, Bashar Shorts, and most recently, Darren Lynn Bousman’s film, The Cello. Her outstanding performances have firmly cemented her status as a prominent figure in the region, and the entertainment industry as a whole.
On and off the screen, Elham Ali is known for her style and utilizes fashion as a means to convey her artistic identity to her 1.4M Instagram followers. She also uses her platform to showcase regional designer talents and upcoming players in the fashion industry.
Who is Khaled Saqr?
Khaled is an actor. He’s known for his roles in Kidnap and Sekket Safar.
He’s got 140,000 IG followers and his bio reads: “I feel that within me is an artist and an artist’s feelings never fail him.”
His feed is filled with images from projects he’s worked on and snaps with his wife.

The Love Is Blind, Habibi presenters have been married since May 2019.
