This season, NYFW strayed from its usual in-person runway shows and presentations and opted for digital alternatives due to the coronavirus pandemic. But even in this new format, the clothes were still on point. And, IDK about you, but even though it’s only January and basically the beginning of winter, I’m already looking forward for what’s to come in spring 2021. From shiny metallics to super puffy sleeves, designers showcased some gorgeous (but still comfy given the circumstances!) designs.

The good news is a lot of these spring fashion trends have popped up in previous seasons or are in style now—hello, bra tops!—so I think we’re getting to the point where fashion is becoming seasonless? I mean, it’s better for your wallet and the environment, anyway. Here, six pretty spring 2021 trends you’ll be seeing everywhere come spring…if you haven’t seen them already.

[1] Exaggerated Shoulders

Yeah, bold shoulders have been around for a while…and at this point they’re pretty much a wardrobe staple.

Nadya Shirt Yellow

This classic button-up with super puffy sleeves is a great way to be right on trend this spring.

Poplin Blouse with Puff Sleeves in Black

It’s even more statement-making with shiny black pants and gold earrings.

[2] Bra Tops

This trend will def come in handy when it gets warmer out.

Thea Bralette

A knit bralette will keep you cozy, warm, and looking cute. Pair it with a matching cardigan if you’re into coordination.

Gili Top

Between the ruffled edges and wrap-around straps, this bra is a shirt in itself.

[3] Oversized Denim

Get outta here, skinny jeans! This season it’s all about baggy denim.

Wide Leg Cross Over Jeans

A loose-fit jean is just so much more comfortable than any other style, and this one has a cute crossover button detail which adds a little something extra.

Kicker Jean Jinx

This Ksubi pair looks good whether you’re keeping it casual or dressing to impress.

[4] Statement Collars

Statement collars are having a moment, in case you didn’t already know. Don’t worry though, you still have time to get on the trend.

Ruffled Collar Cotton Denim Shirt

This denim top is just sooo lovely.

Printed Cotton Poplin Blouse

You’ll automatically look put together with one of these collared shirts on, trust me. It’s science.

[5] Metallics

This trend gives off maj disco vibes (@ Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia album), and I’m so here for it.

The Luna Ankle Metallic Lacquer Jeans

I know it might sound intimidating, but next time you’re looking for a new pair of jeans, you should totally try a metallic pair like this one. It’ll be fun, don’t worry!

A metallic windbreaker might be enough for you to love rainy weather. Emphasis on might.

[6] Cutouts

From cutouts in sweaters to dresses, showing a little skin will def help you cool down in the heat this spring.

Gaia – Ocean Blue

This gorge blue dress will get allll of the compliments. Kylie Jenner is a fan of this brand, FYI.

Sofia Cut-out Choker Top

While it’s still chilly, this cutout sweater is ideal whether you want to wear it with a mini skirt or sweats
