Like always, NYFW came and went quickly—and the Autumn/Winter 2022 shows were a serious whirlwind. We saw so many bold, gorgeous trends make their way down the runways, giving us major clues as to what to expect in the upcoming seasons. (Hint: They’re all really fun.) So even though designers are still showing their collections in London, Paris, and Milan, we’ve started picking up on a few autumn and winter 2022 fashion trends that are sure to take over everywhere.
Think updated outerwear styles, like statement trenches and capes, that will become your new fave cold-weather pieces, along with full sequin gowns (!), and completely sheer clothing (!!). Safe to say, we love everything about these statement-making trends. And if you’re already intrigued and wanna be inspired by what’s to come in the next several months, keep scrolling for eight of the biggest trends that will take over fall and winter 2022. You’re gonna adore ’em. Trust.
Of course, if you’re still prepping your warm-weather wardrobe, go ahead and stock up on all the spring fashion, bag, shoe, and jewellery trends before the season’s over!
