Following the inspirational film What Will They Say About You, Nike is proudly launching the Nike Pro Hijab after 13 months of design and product creation. Part of Nike’s Nike Pro apparel line, the Nike Pro Hijab has been created with one thing in mind, performance.
“Nike’s mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to all athletes,” said Megan Saalfeld, Global Nike Spokeswoman. “And we’re thrilled that Nike can deliver a product innovation that female athletes in the region told us they wanted and needed.”
The hijab is constructed from Nike’s most breathable fabric to allow for maximum airflow and breathability while providing full coverage. The single layer, lightweight polyester fabrication allows for a much lighter alternative to traditional designs, it weighs approx 155g.
