Have you watched Taylor Swift’s ‘You Need To Calm Down’ music video yet? Because there’s honestly so much to talk about. First of all, there’s the abundance of easter eggs to analyse: What! Do! They! All! Mean! But there’s also the fact that the music video is being accused of stereotyping and being pretty tone-deaf. But now? But that doesn’t mean Tay intentionally copied Bey! And of course, some people are defending Taylor, like this fan who tweeted “y’all are tripping if you’re saying Taylor Swift copied Beyoncé’s ‘Party’.

Either way, this isn’t the first time Taylor has been accused of ripping off Beyoncé. Twitter fully lost it during her debut performance of ‘ME!’ at the Billboard Music Awards, which started with a drumline that had a verrrrry similar vibe to Beyoncé’s iconic Coachella performance.
