1. Kate Upton

Kate Upton’s trainer Ben Bruno spilled all on the model’s fitness and diet routine ahead of her nearly-nude shoot for the 2017 Sports Illustrated calendar. “In the afternoons, we would either go together or she would go with her dog, Harley, hiking just to get outside,” he revealed. “Or, for a while when we were really amping up for the shoot, we would do an hour of tennis every day.” Bruno insisted on the fact that ‘it wasn’t much about going on a diet for the shoot’, it was more about a healthy lifestyle. 

2. Demi Lovato

Demi’s favourite workout seems to have recently become wrestling against her MMA Bellator fighter man, Guilherme ‘Bomba’ Vasconcelos. The Stone Cold singer has been posting pictures of her practicing boxing, Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, she even stepped into the ring with Rocky himself, Sylvester Stallone. Unbreakable gym founder Jay Glazer said, “Demi will be here for four hours a day. It’s her one place where she doesn’t have to be a pop star. She’s talked a lot about her addictions, and this has become her healthy addiction. She lights up when she comes in here.”

3. Rick Ross

Rapper Rick Ross had lost 100 pounds following two seizures he had back in 2011. Rick shared his diet tips to stay in shape saying, “I’ve just really been eating a lot better, working out, staying RossFit [his version of CrossFit], and still enjoying myself. I still eat my Wingstop, I still go to Checkers for a burger, but as a whole, the late-night steaks, and in the studio it was really easy for me to go crazy from 11pm to 4am, I cut that out.”

4. Blac Chyna

Ever since giving birth to her second child, Chyna documented her weight loss journey on social media, shutting down rumours she had gone under the knife to get back to her pre-pregnancy body. The mum-of-two revealed the natural process she followed saying, “The only reason it got that flat, you guys, is from breast-feeding and breast-pumping and from my body already being small before my pregnancy. If you are pregnant right now, I would highly recommend breast-feeding and breast-pumping because it’ll get your weight back down fast.” 

5. Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen

The hot couple also love to hit the gym together for a Pilates workout with body stylist Nonna Gleyzer, who revealed, “Though their respective professions are very different, they do demand similar types of Pilates workouts. We would work a lot on lower body, abdominal and obliques.” Gleyzer added that the five-time Super Bowl champion “is not only physically fit, but also emotionally fit. Even if the move would be a little challenging for him, he would continue going where most other people would have quit… Like her husband, [Gisele] is also an athlete when training – very fit, strong, and flexible like a dancer.”

6. Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal

Nocturnal Animals co-stars Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal trained with body stylist Nonna Gleyzer to stay in shape, who said, “Tom Ford likes people to stay lean and long, and that’s what we did here, we did a lot elongating moves, stretching, and a ton of abdominal work. That way you can see their beautiful upper bodies!” Gleyzer continued by revealing a rare workout done by Jake to work on his posture, “We did a lot of ballet barre to work on posture, especially Jake. I worked a lot on the upper body with Jake to stretch and open up.”

7. Ed Sheeran

The Shape of You singer lost 50lbs cutting out one thing only! Ed learnt had to lay off the hops, it was as simple as that. The singer had gained weight during his time off after wrapping his last tour in 2015. “I doubled in size,” he revealed. “Sweatpants were the only things that fit and I thought everything had shrunk in the wash, but it hadn’t.”

8. Abigail Spencer

For the Timeless actress, when it comes to working out, every second counts. Abigail recently revealed that even her on-screen looks are custom-made in way for her to stay on track. “I wear my Fitbit and try to hit my steps, they even put pockets in all my costumes for it! I’m committed to hitting my step count,” she said. Adding that she will treat herself after a long day of filming, saying, “I have ice cream every week. Maybe twice’’.

9. Victoria Pendleton

After retiring from track cycling, Olympian Victoria Pendleton has switched to horse racing and she’s loving the fitness results. “Cycling isn’t great for that as the focus is on your thighs, but when you are on a horse you are in a squat and using your glutes and thighs, plus you are leaning forward and using your arms. I have biceps for the first time in my life,” the gold and silver medal winner spilled. “People underestimate the amount of training a jockey has to do. They think you just get on a horse and ride, but I’m working out for three hours a day now that I’m riding horses and it’s just as strenuous as cycling.”

10. Taylor Hill

Victoria’s Secret model Taylor Hill revealed her routine prior to walking down the catwalk, saying, “I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show, there’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die.” The 22-year-old lingerie model also shuts down controversial rumours about models starving themselves, comparing catwalkers to athletes, “We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.”
