Happy New Year guys!! The festivities are finally over, everyone is officially back to work and I’m already wondering when next I get to take a long break that is not the weekend.Â
If you’re like me and are already dreaming of the next break, I’ve got some not soo great news… the closest is supposedly going to be fall around 23 – 26 May to celebrate Eid Al Fitr – the end of Ramadan. Ramadan is expected to begin on Thursday, 2 April, depending on the sighting of the moon.Â
We’re not sure about the exact dates, as with any Islamic holiday, since the dates are dependent on the sighting of the moon, so it might be sooner or worst case, later.
After that, the public holidays should come a little more frequently, with potential days off work in July, August, October and December.Â
