Free Classes You Have To Try At The Dubai Fitness Challenge

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is the city’s way of telling you to get off your butt! It’s from 18th October to 16th November and there are so many fun classes to try out…for FREE!

So get your yoga pants, tie up your sneakers cause there are no excuses to skip your workout this month. 

1. Kite Beach Fitness Village – A mix of land and sea activities awaits you!

It’s at Kite Beach by Meraas for everyone of all ages and fitness levels to come and enjoy. The timings are from 7am to 9pm on Weekdays & 7am to 11pm Weekends

Go Sport – Adidas Boxing & Martial Arts Centre
ENOC Mudder Village
Fitbit Beach Spinning Hub

2. Festival City Mall Fitness Village – This fitness village is full of competitions, workout sessions with pro trainers and a gorgeous view. What more could you ask for?

The fitness village is at Festival City and welcome everyone of all ages to join in the fun. The timings are from 12pm to 10pm Weekdays & 12pm to Midnight Weekends.

3. The Cigna Park Run - This is just a fun run for the community to get their heart rates up.

The Park Run is at Kite Beach by Meraas and encourages everyone to run on October 26th and November 9th at 7:30am.

4. HIIT 30X30 with Joe Wicks - Set a world record with an Instagram fitness star.

The workout session is going to be at Skydive Dubai. You need be over 18 years old and have an intermediate to advanced level of fitness to do this work out. (Not me for sure, LOL.) The sessions starts at 7am on 26th October. Make sure to register online here so that you book your spot!

5. Al Marmoom Ultramarathon Build-Up Run – Free training for the 300km desert ultramarathon!

This gives men and women interested in doing the actual ultramarathon in December the chance to build your stamina and get a feel for what it will be like. The training sessions will be on October 25th, November 1st and November 8th from 5:30am to 9:30am at the Al Marmoom Desert Conservation Reserve.

6. Breast Cancer Awareness Month at La Mer – Free check ups, offers and guided free yoga sessions to encourage mindfulness and meditation.

Ladies, La Mer has set up some really awesome activities and goodies during the month of October. The whole event will run throughout October from 2pm tp 9pm with free mammograms, workshops of self-screening and yoga sessions by certified yoga instructor Daniela Vohnout.
