Madame Tussauds is a museum in London and they’re incredibly famous for making all our dreams come true by recreating some of our fav celebs in the form of uncanny wax statues - we're talking the likes of Will Smith, Beyoncé and even the Kardashians. They’ve made it so easy for us to snap a pic with our idols, it’s great.

And most of their creations turn out to be in the spitting image of their celeb counterparts. However they do also have a tendency to be a bit, erm, off.

Back in April, the innovative museum informed their Twitter following that Ari would be joining their summer line-up for a limited amount of time and asked them which Ari era they'd like to see turn into one of their famous wax works.

Cue the Ariana Grande wax statue.  Have a look for yourself:

I don’t know who that is but I’ve stared at Ariana’s ponytail and cat-eye winged liner for long enough to know that this is in fact, an imposter.

Here's a 'Side to Side' visual to show you how far-off this statue really is. Now, you can judge for yourself.

Ariana's fans had some words about the waxwork, as well:

Agreed.

"Classic Ari" or Tragic Ari...?

Geez.

At least they got her hairstyle right. I wonder if Ari thinks the wax statue looks like her.

There you have it. The "kween" has spoken and we can safely label this attempt at an Ariana Grande wax statue, a fail!
