The cat's out of the bag, people and we've all been there. Scrolling through Instagram, ever so innocently, before you see someone whom you should most definitely not be creeping on post an Instastory. Nothing defines temptation like that glowing circle around their profile pictures, just calling out to you, and waiting to be watched. You’re dying to look, but it’s just too risky— what if your name ends up in the topviewer spot and your ex realizes you’ve been lurking?! It can be very hard to resist the urge to tap away and creep, we know.
Lucky for you, we're here to help with that. No longer will you have to embarrass yourself by asking for your Instagram account details so that you can watch the story without your name popping up (don't lie, we know you've done that too). With our nifty little tip you can spy on that first post of the IG Story that’s been haunting the top of your feed for a while now. All you'll need is a steady thumb and some serious self-control, and you're good to go.
Here's what you do:
Tap the Story icon right before or after the post you’re trying to peep.
Slide that Story carefully toward the one you want to see.
Take a peek at the goods without lifting your thumb from the screen.
When you’re done, slide back to the first post and exit carefully.
And there you have it, people! You can now be on your way to Insta-stalking your ex BFF, boss or partner with ease, and they would have absolutely no clue. You are most welcome.
