7 Spots In Dubai For Uni Students To Hang Out At

It’s officially time to go back to school, and honestly, most of us are already dreading the next couple of months. I know that I'm certainly not looking forward to those late night study sessions...

But what fun would uni life be, if you don't have your best friends with you? To help you and your besties make even more memories together, I've shortlisted some of my favourite things to do and places to check out.

1) A4 Space

Sometimes, you need to take your coursework off campus, and go some place where you can be just a bit more creative and productive. This is where A4 Space at Al Serkal Avenue comes in. It's the perfect workspace where you and your squad/study group can really get working on those pesky deadlines and group projects. They also have a cute little café downstairs if you ever need to grab a quick bite or a quick dose of caffeine. With plenty of books and boards games, you're free to take a break from all the uni madness and let off a little steam with your pals.

Who’s up for a beach break or two? Kite Beach is one of the best spots for a uni student to unwind and it's the perfect distraction from your hectic uni schedule. With everything from free Wi-Fi, cute restaurants, food trucks, and a pretty amazing running track for all you fitness freaks, the beach is equipped for all your needs. Entry is absolutely free so you don't need to worry about that. If you’re on a budget, you can even bring your own food and drinks to enjoy beachside with your friends. There's nothing better than watching the stunning Dubai sun set and listening to the crashing waves.

No matter what you study, there’s always something to marvel at in artsy Al Serkal Avenue. Being Dubai’s art haven, the edgy district is tucked away in the heart of Al Quoz and is home to cutting edge art galleries, classic cars, record stores and quirky cafés which were interestingly, all warehouses that have been converted into various little creative hubs. There’s always something cool happening here, be it art events, pop-up concepts or movie screenings. All in all, it’s a great spot to just stroll around, take aesthetic pics for the'gram and even study/work.
