Sponsored posts on Instagram cost a couple of thousands of dollars, but when it comes to the Kardashians –Â with the number of cult followers that they have –Â it basically costs an arm and a leg. At least that’s the excuse we’re making for Khloe Kardashian after her latest ad…
The Keeping up with the Kardashians star partnered with odour eliminator brand Febreeze to promote a range of cleaning products. She shared a couple of shots of her wearingt a white shirt with some very interesting props, and her comments section was filled with mixed reviews.
Khloe, (Kris Jenner, her assistant and the entire marketing team at Febreeze) really thought that it’ll be nice to surround her with some Febreeze cleaning products (including a set of bedazzled bottles).
Khloe’s friends and family were obviously feeling her mini photoshoot unlike her followers. Her BFF, Malika wrote: “Yes bedazzled Febreze bottle, only you!!!”Â
“Omgeeee this is iconic”, said Ming Lee Simons.Â
Kim commented: “I need the rhinestone bottle! You have been using this forever neat freak!”
On the other side of the coin were those that weren’t impressed with Khloe’s little photo sesh. Here’s some of what went down under the post: “I can’t stop laughing at this ad”, “How much they pay u for this”, “Khloe laying on her bed half naked surrounded by febreze bottles for an ad has me dead”, “Wow this is ridiculous”, “No this isn’t weird at all”, “Khlo I love you but what is this”, and “Khloe Kardashian doing a brand deal for Febreeze is exactly how my 2020 is going so far”.
Tbh, we’re just as confused. The pictures were cute, but Khlo$$ definitely needs to have better creative direction next time.
