Roxanne stole our hearts after we got to know her in The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 2. Yet, there is still so much that the audience didn’t get to learn.
Did you know The Ultimatum season 2’s Roxanne is half-Persian? In the exclusive interview with Cosmo, the star shared how she feels about the Middle East and the locals.

Here’s what The Ultimatum season 2’s Roxanne said about her roots…
Roxanne was born and raised in the US, but she did visit our region a few times. Her latest trip was to Qatar. And as different as the American and Middle Eastern cultures are, she still feels deeply about both.
“I love being in the US, but there’s something about growing up in a Middle Eastern household. My mum is Persian, so the culture I was raised in had a super Middle Eastern vibe,” The Ultimatum season 2’s Roxanne said.

She continued, “There’s this special feeling when you’re in the Middle East, like you’re family. Even when you walk into a stranger’s home, they always treat you like you’re literally their cousin. It’s not like we don’t have that in the US, but it’s so big in the Middle East. It’s like, come into my house, let me cook thousands of pots of food, let me feed you – and I love that.”
Btw, The Ultimatum season 2’s star confessed she is a ~bad~ cook (no judgment, me too), but her mum is a real *pro* at it.

“She would make a new Persian dish every day. I don’t know how she did it. It was so good. Me? I’m not a good cook,” Roxanne shared.
Sis, you are always welcome in the Middle East if you want to pick up a few recipes 👩🍳.
