The Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, is still spreading in different areas of the world. including Italy, Dubai, the US, the UK and Paris. Airports have restricted flights, events have been postponed all over the globes and schools are closing their doors in a bid to stay safe. While the virus has no cure or vaccine as of yet, recovery is not impossible.

And it’s not just government enterprises that are on lock-down, some of your favourite celebrities have taken to social media (and in designer face masks, no less) to react to the virus.

Here’s who has spoken out…

This DOES absolutely SUCK. I truly hope that we get a hold on the flu and corona virus soon. Our souls, our economies, our families and our medical systems can’t take it. Life is hard enough out there. Please please please be courteous to us all. Wash your hands often, don’t sneeze, cough and hack all over public areas… That’s not cool! I’m literally watching people sneeze into their hands and wipe it on their pants and the arm rest and then reach out to me and ask for a picture! Who does that!? I’m mean I love you all but come on We’re all in this together! There are older people, people with compromised immune systems and of course those of us that have babies that are so susceptible. Help protect them. Please and as always THANK YOU! Your friend, Ian

“According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the best ways to prevent the spread of the virus and keep yourself healthy are the same ways that stop the spread of common germs: Wash your hands, don’t touch your face, and avoid contact with sick people,” reported the Business Insider.

So in actuality, don’t follow what your fave celebs are doing; face masks do little for prevention – just Wash. Your. Hands!Â
